Question about Hydro Ph range to cover absorption of all elements

Based on the chart on the link below, is it necessary and/or recommended that one occasionally and slightly fluctuate Ph levels up and down, from the ideal 5.8 in order to absorb the necessary elements that precipitate in these ranges? For example, Manganese (Mn) is only absorbed at a Ph up to 5.6. I guess all others are captured in the 5.8 range, but it seems that if your gauge is a bit off (up or down) you could miss some of those that just touch on 5.8 (like Phosphorus and Magnesium)

Thoughts?
