I must not have a copy of it on GC. There's a current discussion on RIU. The updated ckt diagram is in this thread.

Hey Al. Great to see you here. I read every post of yours from rollitup. What tips would you give a guy looking to do this grow one clone a cycle in a 20gal bubbler. I've read lots about seperate containers and lighting, but I'm willing to make the sacrifices needed for space / effeciency. I know I'll at least need one lower CFL for the early plant, but other than that I think the other CFL's will be hung together in a roasting pan reflector. And how would you reccomend flushing in this case. mabey last 4 days out of every 2 weeks? I have built a little bubble cloner so initial nute tolerance burining won't be an issue. Hmm... I'm sorry if I left anything out. Thanks. We are blessed with you as a resource. . . . I too can be so lazy.

5L per plant is enough. However, a flood system would be a lot easier, particularly at nute change time. Quote:

Hello! I have been reading over this thread and the thread on RIU and had a few questions... I have an 11' x 13' room to use (not necessarily all of it has to be used though) and was curious if 3kw would be enough to light the room. I'm not sure if I did the math correctly, but I think I'd need over 7kw of light for that room, which seems absolutely ridiculous. 143 sq ft x 50w/sq is 7150w. Maybe a better question would be, how much light should be used for 4 4' x 4' tables? Could I get away with 3kw? With a dehumidifier in the room, even with completely sealed ventilation, could co2 be pumped in for added yields? As in, would the dehumidifier's air vent offset the co2 at all? Do you use any generators for power, or just pay the electric bill every month? |

Maybe a better question would be, how much light should be used for 4 4' x 4' tables? Could I get away with 3kw?[/QUOTE] I'd probably;y use 4x 600W over 4x 4'x4'. My system's trays are not quite 4'x4', they're 900mm x 900mm. I use 2x 1000W over 4 trays, each pair of trays has a 1000. Quote:
Dehumidifiers do not generate CO2. You cannot grow in a sealed space unless you have an aircon unit dedicated to the room AND CO2 enrichment, which to be done with any success requires a CO2 tank, regulator and a controller which measures CO2 concentration and doses accordingly, as well as controls fans and aircon units so it can apply gas while holding the exhaust blower off, keeping gas in the room and redosing if it has to run the fan. You can easily drop $3K on aircon and a proper CO2 system, but cheap workarounds just are not reliable. You don't know how much CO2 they make. Quote:

| Registered User | Re: Get a harvest every 2 weeks The cooltubes have been responsible for stopping 'runny', elongating or bolting buds. Yields have come up by about 25% but the room ran excessively warm on average before the install. If I could have found another way of holding the temps down to the present 25C +/-1C, the same result would probably have been obtained, but cooltubes were a good fix for my op's temp problems.

Hey man, i love this thread, + rep. Im gonna start setting one of these up for my next grow which I already have moms vegging for... Haha try to stick with me here man, Im pretty lifted .Ill have five, 1' x 4' tables each with its own res./pump... -One table will be for the mothers (anywhere from 2-4 at a time) and will have veg nutes and a 400 watt MH. -The other four will be the flowering tables, each with 4 plants at all times. The first two res's will have bloom ferts (havent decided which yet) and big bud. The third will have overdrive + bloom nutes and the fourth will have plain pH adjusted H2O. These will be under a 1000 watt HPS. Ill take four clones every two weeks like your brilliant example, veg them under some shoplights until they establish roots, and you know the rest .Thanks man, im just trying to do this right the first time, Later ![]() P.S. What do you think a reasonable expected yeild would be? |
