reveg AFTER harvest to continue strain legecy....???

I have a gorgeous sativa dom. female on day 34 of 12/12. I say gorgeous because she's the most trichome covered plant I've grown in my 2+ years of growing. And the pistils are turning from white to purple/magenta instead of orange/red. I got the seed from this plants mother which was sweet tooth. Last harvest I had a danky bagseed plant go hermie and polinated the sweet tooth with ONE SEED!!! The only seed I found on the mother plant, contradictory to my normal luck, germinated and turned out to be female! Now I knew sweet tooth was frosty, so i figured this one would be too so I wanted to clone it early.....but this plant was a wimpy, scrawny, problematic a-hole for the first month of veg. I dint even think she was gonna survive...much less wanna take clones from her. But like i said, i have shitty luck, and once i realize she was gonna grow ok, it was too late to clone. well, i guess it was good luck that it turned out so heady. but anyway......

as of today (3/22) she is doing phenominal..KNOCK ON WOOD! her buds are very dense compared to the last generation. My sweet tooth plants tended to be a little whispy and airy, this one is very dense. So basically there is no way in hell I'm gonna do anything to jepordize the buds growing now....so reveggin now is out of the question. i want..NEED those buds....

anyhooooo...all this nonsense is to ask this.....can I harvest my plant as usual (i usually harvest the top half of the plant 1-2 weeks before the bottom to get the little-er buds plumper), but leave a little bit of stem or node or branch and then throw her back into veg?? I would LOVE to get this babys yummy buds more than just this harvest. Would that reveg work and turn her into a mother plant for clones?? My goal in all this is to grow this strain forever. But if i have to ruin the buds currently on it I will let my dream go.

I have tried reveggin a plant once and failed. I am semi-experienced in cloning so once i get the mother plant going i know what to do. Does MJ do better when reveggin under a certain photoperiod?? I.e; 20/4 of 19/5 or 18/6...etc? when i veg i do 21/3 then gradually get it to 18/6 before changing to 12/12.

any feedback is greatly appreciated...
day 32, 10x magnaficationday 25 (or close) 10xday 31, 30x mag.
also....does anyone have any idea what strain has features like this??? withpurple PISTILS?? not purple leaves and calyxs...pistils. someone said euphoria is a strain that has purple pistils...but i cant find any info on it....

looks like some dank bud. I am in the process of revegging some plants that I just harvested like 3 weeks ago. I plan to turn them into mothers because the bud was so dank.
Basically all you have to do is leave a few popcorn nugs at the bottom (I cut off the top 2/3 of my plant) and the new growth will come out of the buds once you put it back in 18/6.

cool thanks. i figured as long as there is one node still going, it can reveg into a mother.

I usually harvest plants in sections too so the lower buds can get more developed...and after i do that the plants, 95% of the time, grow with the same strength and vigor.

Did u put yours right from 12/12 to 18/6?? or did u start from like 22/2 and come back down to 18/6. I heard somewhere that the plant needs a drastically different dark period to go back into veg. Like from 12 off, to 4 off.

How far along on the reveg process is your plant at 3 weeks? also....when did u start feeding a vegetation regimen? (higher nitro)

Oh yeah I put in back in 24/0 for the first week. Now that I think about it it was about 4 weeks ago. I gave them full strength fish emulsion on the second week when I went back to 18/6. Not sure if this is the right time, but the plants seemed to like it. Now I have about 3 inches of new veg growth.

Gravy. it pleases me to here a first hand report on what I'm going to attempt.

I have Age Old organics' grow (12-6-3) for veg and bloom (5-10-5) for flowering. I would most likely give her the bloom when I notice the first bit of new veg growth. I have some Fox Farm around somewhere...buts its been missing for over a year.

Thanks for the feedback and good luck with the reveg!

i've never re-vegged a plant but hear it can take some time. i'd kick it right back to some kind of veg cycle. maybe 24/0 for a week then 16/8. after that i'd do what you were talking about. cut some clones and use her as a mother. or, use one of the cuttings as a mother....

That plant is b - e - a - utiful! I'm lovin the purple pistils.

For your flower forumula, you'll prolly get better results if you went with a 5-10-10 or 2-12-12... Less N, more P and K... Just thought I'd throw that out...
