How do i treat my clone?

My friend is going to get me a clone from a nice female skunk plant, do i just plant it and water it straight away? I hear the best thing is organis soil so do i just put this leaf in the organic soil? then when do i start watering/feeding it?

do a search on cloning. you should find all the info you need. is this clone already rooted or is it a fresh cutting? and yes, organic soil is best for a beginner.

if it's fresh cut, you'll need soil or soiless mix, cloning powder, razor blade, water. i assume you already have your lights and ventilation set up?

For the sake of just needing to take a cutting or two, it doesn't get any simpler than a Jiffy7 cube and Stimroot #2 rooting powder. Both of which can be found at any gardening section of a store such as WallyWorld even. So that is probably only 2 things that you'll have to buy right away in order to do this cutting

I'm not sure about the rep details on this site myself, so i can't help ya there.

Jiffy...or Jiffy7...they are a dehydrated peat puck that when soaked in water, swell up into about a 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" cube that you can then put a stem or even a seed into.
Ask at any Garden center, they have them. Probably the smallest is a 25 pack for a couple bucks.
