Bonsai Bud Plant!

Would it work? I've heard of people doing it. And the plant stayed like 3 feet it's whole life.

one of my friend's dad bonsai'ed his plant. two and a half feet tall, and growing downwards, or so it appears. with no visible tie downs, but looking at the branches, there was the copper wiring. crazy looking.

Did the plants stay that size their whole life and get regular size buds? Do you know how he did it? Because I am going to experiment with it soon. Did he just take care of it like it was a regular Bonsai tree and keep trimming it back?

Its actually very simple to do and those that have mother plants if they start early enough taking clippings and continue doing so for a long while will end up with a bonsai

Just keep pruning

years ago I grew a plum tree in a stainless steel kitchen cullendar (? - drainage thingy) & bonsai ed it by paring off the roots as they grew through the holes.
Grew about 18" & made miniature plums every season.
Some fker made off with it when we moved house :/
