How to use a sulfur vaporizer?

I bought a sulfur vaporizer to get rid of white powdery mildew but it comes with very little directions.... I have a few questions.. so lets see if anybody can help me out.
1) How many times a week does it need to run and for how many hours?
Currently I run it for 3 days a week for the first 4 hours of the dark cycle.
2) Do I need to clean out and replace the old sulfur with new sulfur every time I run it?
3) Do I need to turn off dehumidifiers which suck in moist air and blow out dry air? I was thinking that maybe it sucks out the sulfur vapor.
4) Do I need to turn off fans so that the sulfur could settle on the leaves?
5) Will the sulfur get deep into the cannopy where my powdery mildew problem is?
6) What should I do with the leaves that have the white powder on them (the powdery mildew spores)?
