250w Sharksbreath fem.X2 1st full grow

The setup: 250w MH/HPS with cooltube, UV during flower
10 gal.(actual) four site bubbleponics.
125 and 40 gal. airpumps 5" roundstone and standard airstone
Intake: Passive
Exhaust: 250cfm inline fan(POS)
additional 6" 235cfm flat fan with carbon scrubber
Ferts: Ionic grow/bloom/boost for hard water
Water: Municipal tap



Well just finished growing out two males for my first grow. Learned a lot about PH and how much of these ferts to use. I got the seeds from BCseeds.com. I found a glitch in their website and ordered a $20 sample and they sent me 9 early fatty seeds. Of the 2 that survived my noobness both were boys. Said fuck this and ordered DNA Sharksbreath from Attitude. Came in 6 days. This is their ad:

Well, I planted 2 of 6 of the Sharksbreath. I also got a California Hash and a Blue Hash,both feminized. After I see how the SB grows I'd like to try my hand at scrog. I think it would be the most efficient method with a 250. I definitely want to scrog both the hashes. Anyways so far one of the seedlings has sprouted up and the other isn't far behind. I can see it at the top of the plug. I feel like a daddy

Got home from work today and the second sprout popped up. I now christen them Boudica and Joan of Arc. Little do they know they will die by the blade and be ceremonially cremated. So far everything looks good except for the fact my PH meter is on the fritz. Better now than the middle of the grow. A new one should be here tomorrow. Once the grow gets into full swing I will start posting my spreadsheet with all measurements weekly and the whole thing at the end of the grow.

Just checked my dripper lines and the irrigation manifold was clogged. Luckily I thought ahead and bought two. The second one was AFU and all the pressure ran out one head so I screwed a wirenut onto the offending drip emitter, problem solved except now I don't have a dripper for one site. Thank the green man I found it before my warrior bitches shriveled and died!

Thanks man. Everything is DIY except the filter and cooltube. Actually it's a DIY bubbleponics, the irrigation manifold is a pain in the ass. My last grow I lost one due to a clog. Learned to check them this time.

Ya, Dude, defiently scrog them. You will find that women like being trained. 250 calls for a scrog, it will totally boost your yield. Im watchin if you need help with scrog ideas hit me up.

Thanks for the visit! Will definately Keep you in mind. I'm thinking about scroging this batch now. The chicken wire is like $5 at most. A larger yield is tempting. Scrogs make for pretty pictures in flower too.

If you do it right it very easy. Lets face it your gonna b in there all the time might as well be doing something constructive. I swear that scrog will help prevent over watering. Plus its hella fun, and more bud if you that the right strain a bud a hole. In a 1x1 square that 24 holes= 24 buds. Just sayin not that im bias or anything.

That ain't no lie, with the two males I was practically scratchin' em behind the ear. I think it's pretty hard to overwater hydro, lololol. I've seen some nice scrogs in the journals. I have plenty of time to devote so I say why not? At 6 sqft. that's a potentiall nice yield and with the extra frosting from the UV...damn I just made a sticky in my pants!
