Well it's kinda hard to give any input without knowing what you are working with. What type of bulb and wattage are you using, what is the humidity and temperature, what are you doing for air circulation and exhaust (or dehumidification)? Spreading them out is always good so the plant can get more light and breathe easier though.

Nice setup, you remind me of myself trying to do it big off the first run.

I have good news and bad news on that- you WILL have to go through being a n00b, and the advanced setup can be unforgiving the whole time. But the setup will grow something serious once you get everything dialed in.

Try not to grow them too tall without side lighting and don't veg them forever indoors like I did and waste time. Also, an R/O filter is crucial for flowering if you are using Advanced Nutrients and I wouldn't be surprised if you were too. The calcium in filtered tap water will cause the top to burn out. And all the little growth that is down below the canopy or just plain sad-looking should be cut off, it totally doesn't do anything in flower and takes away from the main colas.

6 bulb high putput T5 for veg
1000hps for flower
with the door open the room stays at like 85degrees. however i am yet to install my inline cooling system for my hps. i am also diverting a nearby AC duct directly into the room so i can keep the door closed at all times and not waste any precious CO2

Humidity is very important during the flowering phase, having an exhaust or some sort of air conditioner would help out a lot. Without an exhaust or de-humidifier you raise the possiblity for mold 100 fold. Love the rhymes that just happen

Temps were from 78-85 max, humidity 50-60% Not perfect conditions because I don't have the money to really pimp it out just yet, but good conditions.

Also I have a really cool air filter from Surround Air that uses negative ions, ozone, uv light, hepa and carbon filtration so that keeps the probablity for mold way down.

I would definitely suggest getting a serious air filter for your room- it's just awesome.

We used 1000 watts split up over a 600 and a 400 watt hps. The reflectors we used are a little small for the tent and the middle lost a bit of intensity. The bigger reflectors are best for rooms and these tents, the ones we got are more for a cabinet/small closet grow.

Next time we'll be changing the 400 to a 600, and when I move I'm using 3 600's in the tent, because my room mate thinks 3 600's is too much for our op.

so i havent used co2 yet with these guys during the veg period. mostly due to lack of funds for a co2 monitor($400+) and those little piece of shit glass co2 testers are fucking stupid expensive ($5 each time you want to test the ppm).

i have some money now and have been testing the ppm in my room. after only 5 mins with the regulator set for .2 flowrate @ 30psi my room reaches the ideal level of co2 for accelorated plant growth 1500ppm.

these conditions are with the door shut althought i havnt diverted the AC duct into the room yet i will robably do that tomorrow. i will also be installing the 6in inline cooling fan for the hps. because i dont want to suck all the co2 out of the room it is important that both the input and the output to the inline cooling system are outside the room(in my case the attic)

I will make sure to post more pics of both the children and the setup.

If anyone has any imput based on what they have just read i would be happy to read it. please let me know if any of this sounds like it isnt going to work. i look forward to reading your relplies

I would be really careful about over-doing the co2 without a regulator, but other than that it should be a fantastic grow. Can't wait to see how it turns out.

Did you even see my thread by the way?

Wow man, kick ass setup. I count 16 of those bubble buckets so that means that the 1000 watt light will be way short on light. I can see it allready in your pictures that the outside plants are way short on light. Who cares man, you are going to get sooo much weed.
