Guide to Making Good Hashish: Step by Step (A must try)

:CAUTION- MAKE SURE YOU WASH YOUR HANDS:

This Hash making process is used for baking or if possible, smoking.

The method I suggest is to first, if you are a grower indoor/outdoor to take a big risk and start your trimmings of your finest leaves 1 week after harvesting with the amount of at least a large bowl full. Make sure you get only pure leaf.

Before starting the process you must make sure the leaves are:

1. Well dried
2. Then bagged in plastic for a (2) day freezing period
3. Afterwords stored at room temperature for an hour.

Reason: To help the THC form hard crystals important for it's quality and potentency.

Materials: A clean silk screen(12by12). Best ones used for printing T-shirts. A white table or board to help gather up the resin.


BEST TO WORK AT SMALL AMOUNTS AT A TIME


When you have the silk screen ready for the hash process simply crumble your trimmings gently above your screen 3 inches above it.


Reason: This will break up any small buds for the process.

After the leaves are on the screen separate them carefully around the center of the silk screen. Now, shake the screen without tilting it. Keep doing this until you see resin pop out under the silk screen. Tapping the screen is optional but is guaranteed to pop the hash out faster.


Now move the leaves gently on the screen. Repeatly.

:WARNING- BEING TOO ROUGH WILL RESULT IN A GREENISH TYPE HASH. THE BEST KIND THAT YOU WANT WOULD BE A GOLDEN YELLOW. OTHER SUBSTANCES WILL COME THROUGH AS WELL (such as hairs):


Now normally only 15% of hash will come out at only a hand full, so repeat the process until you get enough hash of your choice.

You may collect the hash with an index card.

Now place your collected hash in a tea streamer, this will remove any hairs
or dust that came through the silk screen.

Walla! Behold your perfect Hash!

THIS PROCESS IS ONLY FOR PRESSING INTO A HASH BAR LIKE SO.

THIS PART IS VERY TRICKY!!! Make sure you have an oven.


The best way to do this is to buy a cigarette packet and use the plastic it came with.
Make sure to remove it carefully, not carelessly. After you have obtained it the envelope it should look like a pocket, which then you can place your hash in tighly.

Enclose your pocket very tight by folding it into a square shape. After that, wrap it around unused news print paper. This part is sealed off and folded into another square, tape the ends to provide extra protectiom.

Heating process

Soak this in warm water until the paper is saturated, it will now go into an oven
at 175C (conventional bake is what I use) for 10 minutes. The water will prevent the paper and tape from burning.

CAUTION: HOT
Rolling Process!!


Now take it out and roll with a dough roller to provide pressure to the packet. Repeat this process for sometime. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. Back and forth.

Optional: If you want to compress your hash even more just soak your packet again and repeat the heating process again.

After you done all that just pop it in the frudge for the Cooling process, which does not take long. Half a day or a day would be nice.



Now don't get too excited, because when you rip open that plastic you will get a good looking hash bar for whatever reason you would want to save it for a special occasion.

Note: some hash pieces will pop out, so reward yourself for a little snack.

You could also use a iron for the same effect.

I love hash and am building a tumbler as soon as my silk screen comes. I do the same thing with the cellophane but I usually press it with a pair of pliers then let it sit for 5-10min for that nice dark oily effect, i'm not that patient and usually just press and fold and repeat once or twice then smoke.

My friend just uses his fingers too press the cellophane/hash.

There should be more hash/oil talk going on!!!!!!!!!

Honey oil is Butane extracted oil and is great and the true ingrediant in jellyhash.

I'll post a thread sometime with pics, it's really pure and good tasting oil.

yes but to make it even purer
get your hippie crack put it in a blender with some
frezing water and ice and blend for a minuite
any inpuritys will go to the top like leaf and hairs
blending is optional.
let it sit in the fridge foe 15 mins
pour 2/3 of the water out and strain the rest
through filter paper then dry it out and press it

I don't see why that matters.

You could also put some coffee filter paper at the end of your pipe or even use alcohol to further purify it.
