i dont know what clones are, i dont know how to make them, all i know is turning out female.

Clones are cuttings you take from a plant you should cut them directly below a node (can be male or female) you then dip them in rooting powder or gel and plant them into damp soil and they will grow roots and turn into a individual plant. They will be the same sex as the plant they were cut from. Im currently making my first clones and if you plan on doing so i would recomend buy the rooting hormone of some kind and a himidity dome.

what is anti-detection foil, is it to reaply the heat from it and move it back o its source or what because i need to know for future bigger grow.
