hey everyone, im extremely new the the forums, but i have been lurking and reading about a scrog grow for quite a while now.
one question i still have is, if i build a scrog box and afix my lights to the underside of the lid, will my plants get enough light before they make the stretch and poke through the screen? sorry if i didnt describe that well, but basicially, in a scrog setup is it necessary to have lighting that can move up and down? thanks

yeah its gonna be a stealth grow. im clearing out a night stand and growign in there. its about 2 and a half feet high, im just going to grow one indica plant in there, basicially i was wondering how many floros i should use in there (2 foot depth and width) and how far they should be kept from the plants.-thanks in advance
