Extremely ghetto grow, pics

These pics were taken this morning without the light overhead, this is at the beginning of day 4. Tell me what you think. Pics aren't the best, I know.

It looks like it's really wet but it's just barely moist. I think I'll probably put up more pics in about a week. Thanks for the feedback by the way. Not sure of the strain, it's actually my first grow from a seed I found in a really bright green bag of dank.

Right now I'm using a 200 watt equivalent 42 watt cfl light, but I'll probably add another or something later on. I don't have the money to buy anything more than cfls. Also, I have no way of monitoring ph and i don't have a thermometer either. It's in a box.

Is that soil with time release fertilizer you are using there? I see yellow balls in the soil which indicates to me that it is. If it is, your plants will probably run into over-fertilization trouble very soon. If not, disregard. Also, when you water, do it uniformly across the entire surface of the soil as this will promote good root growth throughout the whole pot. It looks like you gave water just in the immediate area of the sprout. Otherwise, congrats on a successful germination.

Thanks for the tips, and yeah I think it is time release fertilizing soil. What should I do to fix this?

Crap. Soil with time release fertilizer sucks the big one. I had loads of problems with that type of soil in my early days of growing. I recommend re-planting them in some good soil with no nutrients very soon. Some good organic soil with vermiculite and perilite in it is good. Be very careful though as they are just babies and very fragile. Good luck.

Do you think it's ok to use Dasani water? I know that it has salt and a few other things in it, so is it not safe to use?

Water with ZERO minerals please,

They are usually 6.8 - 7 ph, you have to adjust them down to between 6-6.5

Here's my latest update. It's not looking too good and I was hoping for some kind of help. The edges are getting sort of yellow/brownish and there is one newer leaf that is all stunted and shriveled up. Well here they are, sorta blurry, not the best camera.

The shriveled one is the leaf on the right in this pic

Did you switch the pots to change out the soil?

The soil and pot are the same as what the seed was originally planted in. And the light is a 42 watt CFL and from what I understand, they can be close without problems, but it's about 3-4 inches away.
