decided to grow, but im 100% clueless, please answer questions!

hey, i decided i want to try growing sometime soon, im sorry to say but i have no way of purchasing and seeds online and i never find any seeds in my dank bags so im thinking ill just use some seeds from my next schwag bag, im not expecting the best plant in the world itll be a first try so ill be lucky to even be able to smoke any of it later, i live with my parents so i cant really grow in my house..my mom catches me smoking and i think shes searching my room sometimes so im not gonna risk growing in there. i dont know what ill use for a light or anywhere to plug the light in lol, i have a few black lights would they work? i could probably rig an extension cord. i will not be able to purchase any soil/fertilizer (my mom MIGHT have some out in the shop but im not sure) so i may end up using ground soil or soil from one of my moms other plants (haha). my dad has a shop outside thats huge, he works on vehicles in there and he tokes but i doubt he would approve of me trying to grow, theres three other sheds by my house and one is always in use by my mom (the one i would want to do it most in lol) so thats a no, the other ones kind of a really old outhouse that we use for storing things (i could probably fit a plant setup in there, but im afraid itll be too cold and i know theres no outlet, same for the other shed, i live in south dakota and right now the temperatures are around 30 degrees so that sucks, please answer these here questions

when i start it i would probably juse use a little cup till theyre ready for transplant, how many seeds per cup and how far down?

how much and how often do i water it?

how long do i leave the light on per day? (i have school during the week days)

if some miracle happens and all of this works where will i expect the buds (smokable parts) to be growing? (i always wonder this but i can never find them on pics of plants)

if i end up with a few males do i trash them or keep on growin them? (i heard you can make hash and shit out of the leafs but do males work?)

im real poor right now (i have a part time job but im stuck paying bills/ a fine i got awhile ago) so im not gonna be able to go buy a new good light, like i said earlier i have/ can get a few black lights but i dont know if they would work, i also have a few lights that come in the lid of an aquarium but idk if thatll work will it?

1 seed per cup, 1/4 inch

how much and how often do i water it?

until the soil feels damp, but not real watery..that's the best way i know how to explain it, do not over water though, because your roots will rot

in the veg phase, either 24hrs of light or 18on/6off. when it's time to flower, 12/12

on the bud sites, trust me..you will know after you start to flower the plant

no! immediatly pull the males after you've identified them so your ladies are more potent since they're not focusing their energies on producing seeds

im real poor right now (i have a part time job but im stuck paying bills/ a fine i got awhile ago) so im not gonna be able to go buy a new good light

you need to save up until you can at least get some CFLs (compact flourescents) if you're poor.

like i said earlier i have/ can get a few black lights but i dont know if they would work

i also have a few lights that come in the lid of an aquarium but idk if thatll work will it?

unless it's a really tall aquarium, a weed plant is gonna overgrow it anyways

this should help you for growing a plant at a small budget around 20-30 dollars and get decent to good plants without using alot of space

that did give me a fair idea, but i wont be able to do it in a closet or anything..my options are like a shed outside or like the back of a vehicle or something..my problem with that is lights..there are no outlets back there and it would probably get busted if someone sees a line of extension cords going to a shed
