because for some reason my system doesn't drain fast enough so I fliped the ring over and put in the res to supply air underneath that runs 24/7 and I water about ever 3 days. Hey that just gave me a question.
Does underwater cause the same side effects as overwatering?

Well no new news to report altough most of the yellow leaves dies (so far two nodes on each plant) PH-ing the water(some where in the 5.4-6.4 range) to lower medium ph its hard to tell if its working or not.
See you all next week
I'm currently holding out. hoping they make it to 2 minths so I can flower. ::crosses fingers::

OK SO THE NEWS

ITS WEEK 6

Restarted LST on the older plant now that the stem has the right shape.
I also pinched the top of the younger one.

so your saying i should wait till they r 8 weeks? I started my LST a 4 weeks to get the 45 degree angle I would need later on for the 90. then week 5 I let it stand up and week 6 I re-tied it the plant has rapidly over taken her sister in heighth and folage growth. So I think the plant is doing ok. compared to my earlier photos with the dying leaves I think I'm getting the hang of the feeding and stuff so I guess we will see in the end

This is my first grow so I'm experimenting what will grow the best in my current set up so far LST is winning but I just cropped this week and the plant doesn't look like its fully recovered yet but we will see.

I think the LST 1 might be flowering already even though its still on 18/6 cause she has the little white spurs comming it the top 2 nodes where the little leaves r. (both good and bad)

Well folks here's my weekly update.... week 7 I belive......STARTED 12/12 on Nov. 26th (yeah i know I said I was going to wait but the plants told me otherwise) So good News plants are looking much much much better now starting to get darker (still having nute problems) but the plants look healthy ........ hopefully I'll be able to afford some de-salt soon.
LST plant is responding well lots of new lower growth. estimated 11'' tall
Cropped plant is healed and now has two sets of of new growth coming in. roughly 6 1/2 '' tall

Since I have started flowering I decided I will post pics every 2 weeks so that way you stoners can see the changes.

Happy so far my plants have made it this far.

If I can do it anybody can with enough reading.

oh yea if your just testing then what evs its all good. but if you let them grow bigger you cn put the 90 degree angle on them right away and it will adapt it in one light cycle. if the plant is more mature its eaiser to test.

Ladies, gents, stoners, and growers,
Ok so the News........ So I took off for the weekend so I was away from my babies for 2 days well when I came home I found my cropped plant had shot up 3" then I started looking to see if they had sexed yet ......... come to find out the cropped plant was a male and my LST plant is a female......... so I killed the male (broke my heart to cause he was georgous). Right now as I am typing this the female is getting flushed and ready for flowering. So heres the pics
