smoking and usage

I am a newbie when it comes to growing. I took some plants and germinated them (put the seeds in a bag and damp paper towel) and then planted them. It's been about two weeks and they are about 4 inches high. I don't have any extra light besides Sunlight during the day and a blacklight at night. The plants sit on a window sill on the third floor of a MA apt. I water them probably three times a week with a little water each time. What I'm wondering is basically what to do or not do. I've looked at some of these FAQs and I'm sorta confused. Do I want to keep them under direct sunlight 24/7? Will a Blacklight help or hurt them? Can I use a light bulb as a Light source? Is there any other help you can give to a noob like myself?? I appreciate any and all help. I'm not looking to spend any extra money. I just want something to get me high sooner or later.

I've been to your site sid. I unfortunetly didn't get all the terms and the whatnot that you were talking about. Sorry. Like I said though, I'm a newbie when it comes to this type of thing.
