Hey welcome to the city! About your question:

Sprouts do not need ANY nutrients to be added until they are older. You could add a tiny bit of rooting hormone, if you want. Something like SuperThrive.

Those nutrients will work fine later on in the plants life. What soil are you using? Lights? Is that mylar on the walls? We need details in order to help!

im using compost made for orchids i think, lime hating plants anyway, my ol man had it. i have given the seedling in rockwool a half power feeding of nutrient. ill ease of now. ive got a 400 hps at 18 inches and yes that is mylar, i have 1 oscilating fan, getting exhaust this weekend. with the plant in the rockwool, the main root has come out of the bottom of the block, is this ok, and how long usually is it before you transplant. thanks for the help and welcome
