Trichomes

My lady is progressing very well, even better than expected.
I've counted 9 flowering buds, still small but evidently growing.
And I saw the spread of trichromes beginning on the inner parts of the leaves.
Already looks very tasty.

Hi Misty! Yeah, when trichomes start to appear, they look awesome eventually, you will want some sort of magnifying glass at least 30x so you can look at the trichomes and tell when to harvest. I bought mine, a 30x jeweler's loupe on Ebay for $5.99. Anyway good luck with your grow and yeah! Trichomes! mmmmmmmm hopefully the plants wil just kepp getting frostier and frostier for you

Yeah that is the plant that almost died.... my little mutant.
The others were hermies and have been chopped, despite of the way they looked. They were very green and bushy, but....... *CHOP*

I have selected a good plant strain for the icy look of trichomes, Misty is a strain that gets a lot of coverage on leaves and even the stems.
I gotta lotta honeydust collecting to do after harvest.
I still have my plant under fluro's because the HPS just fries my plants, and I cannot regulate the temperature enough.
So I'm really thinking to go Nurturelight for my limited grow space.
I just need to wait a bit longer for the price to drop a little.

And Lucius (nice name) I will go for a strong loupe I want to see the trichomes grow.
I think I can find a good selection at a stampshop.
There are lots here in my hometown so I'm sure I will find a good one.
