first closet grow

So i started a small grow in a closet and fucked up so i redid the whole thing and i think its looking alright now. My plants are some bagseed that started in a window and became very stretched and one got attacked by my cat. I am getting some "purple kush" feminized clones from my buddy and these fuckers i got now...Im not sure maby ill throw em in the green house or something I haven't decided yet. But anyways I buried the stretched stems considerably to help them and Im hooking up a12v fan for more stalk strength and air flow tonight. I am also going to do the whole closet in white mylar. What do you think of the lights I have 2x"18 inch-15w-cool white" florescent tubes in individual ballasts , 2x"23w-1650 lumen-daylight" spiral cfl's with bulb splitter in reflector, 2x"23w-1640 lumen-2700k-soft white" spiral cfl's in a homemade ballast and reflector made from aluminum siding. I dont know the kelvin# for the one set of spiral cfls as its not indicated on the packaging and i dont know the kelvin or the lumens for the 2, tube florescent"s anyone know this? and what is a good lighting schedule for vegging? Is the white plastic going to reflect light well when i put it up? Is my homemade reflector bad news? and will these lights keep these plants going for a little while until i set something else up? and yes i am aware the plants look like shit they have had a rough life so far (cat attack,no light window etc...). I will post more pics in a few days, But in general any comments would help this newb

Well they look better after only 12 hours of the new light setup. I am using a 24 hour light cycle for now. I have a few more questions if anyone is reading this. On my plant the cat attacked there are some small yellow spots on leaf edges where the tear from her claw went through should i cut back all the yellow stuff? I was also wondering if anyone knows of some commonly found plant food i can use because i live in a remote area with no hydro or gardening stores, we got home hardware and true value for this kind of stuff. I was also reading that you can make fertilizer from rabbit poop withe n-p-k of 2.4-1.4-.60 would this be any good, i have a guard bunny that lives in the same room lol. And i have noticed one set of cfls, the daylight ones i have are bright white and the other set the soft white is a dull color witch is better?and should i use 4 of the same cfl's or stick with 2 of each? More pics in a few days when growth is more shown.

Here my soil its jiffy potting mix the package has no info whatsoever but its got a decent amount of perlite from what i can see and it drains well. i was using regular tap water then i was bringing the ph down a bit with ph down for fishtanks (the tapwater tested about 6.9) i brought it to 6.0 even. I now got my hands on some "flora nova" one-part grow plant food 7-4-10 it says on the package its good for vegatative growth. It says to mix .625ml to 1L of water for small plants i mixed 1ml into 2L for mine since i have read to go slightly under what they say. Is this soil a good choice? what is a good ph balance for your water? and is this food good and how should i mix it with water? any reply would be greatly appreciated:)
