pots for the pot

alright i was at walmart today shopping around and i happen to run across this awsome pot. it had a spot where you pour the water in the bottom and the roots suck it up from there. i was wondering if that would work for growing pot. let me know.

love is a wonderful thing as long as it is mutual just kidding or am i muwha

regular 3 and 5 gallon pots do me, i'm not sure if those pots would work, i wouldn't trust it, as you don't know if all the roots are getting water...........and also that if there's too much water added, then it will just sit there...................also i put about and inch or so of Gravel, sometimes bigger pebbles, to allow the roots to get Oxygen............Peace out........Sid

thanks for the info. where do you put your gravle or pebbles at in the soil or what. please let me know . thanks once again.

i have those kind of pots and they are not the best for MJ! but its very useful if you gotta travel and leave for a couple of days. You can leave them alone for about a month with it. but if you dont have to leave dont use it.
its really better for your plant if you control the water

i put the pebbles right at the bottom, try to make the pebbles bigger than the holes, in case you need to flush it, as the pebbles would start falling out...........Peace out..........Sid
