Help please!! Advice needed pics

Done in Soil, Germ and planted feb 2, im using a HPS 400 watt running 24/0 right now, They look pretty good too me i was wondering what you all thought? how close should i keep my light now that they are pretty large? and also the tips burnt on lower foliage so i stopped using my fert which was 20-20-20 and flushed with water, what kind of nutes can i use in VEG state and what should i use in Flowering state?

Also the Pot with 2 going in it was a mistake and has since been pulled as to not get root bound into the larger one, i transplanted it and hopefully she pulls through
