Unhappy their leaning downward 2.5 weeks after 12/12

My closet plants have been looking wonderful. About 2-3 weeks ago I put them into 12light & 12 dark. They have started leaning over on top ov eachother insted of up to the light. I think they are covering eachother from the light. What should I do? First crop needs help ronyruf@hotmail.com

Are the plants growing over each other and trying to crowd each other out for the available light OR are the stems not strong enough to support the weight of the plant and they hang over each other?

The first ones OK (probably could use some more wattage during 12/12) but the second one is a little more serious.
