Want my wee lassie to grow up big and strong!

This seedling popped its seed case about a week ago So I planted it in a pot with 40% soil, 40% sandy mixture, and the rest with rockwool. I am using a single 16" flouro so far but I am interested in upgrading my setup and moving it into my den closet. Any help would be greatly appreciated!. I would like to keep her short and bunchy because my space is limited, I attached a file of the wee lassie at 9 days after planting. Peace on earth and dank abounds!

You need more light. A minimum of 120 watts per plant, but the more the better.
