1st time HYDRO GROWer

i hav two 9 day old seenlingz, perparn 4 my hydro drip system. sience they were seeds ive been applyn general hydro. Flora system, 1/4 tsp floraGro, 1/4 tsp floraMicro, 1/4 tsp FloraBloom, per gallon plus HYDRO FARM Grow Nutrient's one tsp. pre gallon. ive been applyn that mix 4 the first 9 days. ive also had them in a humid. dome under a florsent light, i took the dome off now 4 fear of to much humid. and dampning off. "it has happend the last 2 times i tryed to start" now my seedlings are aproxx. 5 inches high as seen in pics. now i hav seedlings in starter still but under 175 watt. hps light with no dome, my problem is this my stem base on 1 is to weak to hold up the small emerging leaves, the other is strong. another problem is i hav small yellow spots on both with leaves lookn like they are curln up, as seen in pics. what should i do. some one please help???? how long should i leave them in the starter tray? when should i transplant in to my drip hydro farm drip system? when should i change my mix? pleas any one, im a noob at hydro
