Flushing Question

so if you water your plant, and the water that drains from the bottom isnt clear. does that mean its not flushed yet??

Generally speaking yes, but not always, depends on more factors.

well lets say... a time release fert soil was accidently used..and the color that drains is green. would it be possible to get the water draining from it clear??

If the water's green the nutes are fresh... don't flush now. Just continue to water as normal and you will be fine. Do not over water as this will release too much nutrients.
