First Time Grower Ever{Need Help on what I need}

So this is my first time growing. And I'm sure this has been asked many times b4.
But I want someone to answer my specific questions too me.

Well too start off with, What is everything I would need to do a basic inside grow?
I plan on using bag seeds, so I don't waste money on expensive seeds and mess them up.
I just wanna grow two plants to double the chances of me getting a female.

I'm not wanting a grown room and cloning and all that shit. Just a basic setup to get some good healthy female plants. Later down the road I might decide to buy some Black Pearl seeds.

Also what would be better? Soil Grow or a hydroponic setup?

soil grow using CFLs, and do LST too. good option, cheapest too.

Whats is LST? Low Stress Training? And whats exactly does it do?

makes you plant shorter and bushier

stay tooned i have a 12/12 from seed LST grow coming up it might be bonsai too depends on what it looks like they are in the ground, but they havnt sprouted yet,

Okay I started germinating 3 bag seeds about 3 days ago.
One of the seeds has began to sprout a little white tip at the
end of it. Very excited about that
