Two quick questions.. please help!!!

Hello everyone and thanks for looking and helping me! I have just a quick question and that is what kind of nutrients should i use through out the process? I have been reading and there are several different people saying conflicting things. Is one better during flowering or veg stages or does it truly matter? Also, what type of dirt is best to use? A higher grade top soil bag or just straight good organic stuff?

best soil and nutes

The best soil is super soil. A good fertilizer for soil and hydro is earth juice, it adds many nutrients and microbials. Don't forget your superthrive. According to the urban grower the best hydro nutes are from advanced nutrients. Use a 2-3 part system. Another yeild booster for soil and hydroponics is turantula and pirahana. These are microbial spores that help the roots and its all about the roots. all of you must have noticed your best plants have the biggest heathiest root balls.

For my money you can't beat Sunshine mix #4 and a cabinet full of Advanced Nutrients.

Nothing but the best for my girls.

Personally, I think Granpa's Grow Guide says it all, and keeps it rather simple. All that other stuff was too involved.
