Growing Lowryder Outdoors with NO SETUP

I'm looking into growing this because I'm on a break from smoking, tired of forking hundreds of $$$ to dealers when every dollar counts, and it's already mid-July. I have no money for nutrients, or anywhere to set up for my dad is already using all the available pots we have on our back deck and I can't have random potted plants sitting about my neighborhood. I can really only plant the seeds and hope they grow, so there are a couple of things I'd like to know to maximize the product I can get.

-Will my plant be harmed if I grow it in an area populated by weeds? Is the plant that versatile?

-Can I grow in an area populated only by large trees?

-Can I grow the plant in peat moss? I could probalbly lay down some of this where I lay down the seeds. Should I moisten the peat as much as possible beforehand?

-Should I even bother watering for wild grows like this? If so, how much, I've always sucked at watering plants and have no clue, I feel i always do too little or too much.

-Are there any pesticides that could be recommended that won't screw the smoke too much?
