I repeat once more what I originally said FenceWalker. Once they have STARTED FLOWERING you definitely know their sex.
Surely not a hard concept to grasp, I will reiterate it again slowly - once flowers have appeared you know straight away which are the male and which are the female. What bit of that do you find hard to understand?

Natural 12/12 occurs on 21 or 22 September (varies a little year to year) and it is the same ALL OVER THE WORLD. The apse line is then tangential to the Earth´s orbital ellipse. (There is another in March) But that has nothing to do with when outdoor grows flower. Read my link on that.

![]() Let's take today as an example: If you are growing in Nairobi, Kenya, sunrise was at 6:37 am and sunset is at 6:38 pm. Pretty damn close to 12/12 wouldn't you say? But if you are growing in Reykjavik, Iceland sunrise was at 3:38 am and sunset at 11:29 pm. Wellington, New Zealand? 7:42 am and 5:09 pm. Vienna, Austria? 5:07 am and 8:52 pm. But it's the same all over the world... ![]() Stop man...You are just making yourself look silly.

While you are absolutely fucking correct about once flowering has started you can differentiate between male and female, that wasn't what we were talking about. I've changed my mind about you stopping, feel free to show your ass some more. It's really really funny.

Have you ever heard of the EQUINOXES ? Means equal day and night. Where it is 12/12 everywhere on the planet, because the sun is directly overhead at the equator. At the equator ( Nairobi is close) days and nights are round about the same length all year round. Use your link and you will see that is the case. In Reykjavik and North America and Europe, this is far from the case and natural 12/12 occurs twice a year, on 22 Sep, as I already stated, and on 20 March (2008 dates). In the northern hemisphere the days are now getting shorter, and days and nights will be the same length EVERYWHERE ON EARTH on 22 Sep. Look up New York, Madrid, Paris, London on your link and you will see that is the case. Good job you have no problem with ignorance, as you have plenty of it. Look up this link and you will be a little less ignorant. http://www.nmm.ac.uk/server/show/conWebDoc.3843

So to recap...
Pre flowers and flowers are two different things. If talking about pre flowers, by definition we are not talking about flowering. It does matter where you live in the world when discussing flowering times. ![]() Won't even waste my time talking about civil twilight and equiluxes...Plenty of resources for folks to search to educate themselves.

i've read something about preflowers that i want a second opinion on ..
what was said was something like, "if you get preflowers you can tell if it's male or female by where they form.." and then it went on to explain the differance between the locations. i don't remember exactly how it was described .. i'll have to find the thread again. anyways, does this sound remotely possible or true? anyone know for sure? as in have pictures/growing experiance of such? |

Can't anyone answer a question without flaming?
Consider this a warning to all involved..
