Semi noob with some q's

Alright so i tried growing a few plants last year but failed miserably (used the wrong soil and it choked my roots, not to mention the fact that a fuckin tree fell on them).
Anyways I got 5 bag seeds 4 from a while ago and 1 from some pretty good herb, but i got all of them on a heating pad germing, and i was wondering if it is still too cold to try to get them outside. I just looked at my thermometer and it reads about 70 degrees F and thats pretty much average as far as night time temp goes. Now I know that after the germ period you plant them and grow under a few lights for a while then move them outside, but this year i have no means of indoor growing cus all my lights got jacked by my dad (thats right i live with my parents).

So i was wondering if i can forget the lights and plant then take them out to my grow site and leave them there without worrying that the 70 degree nights will kill my babies?
