hi 500wate mecury blend lights any good and could i use it for veg and flowering input would be much appreciated

Won't work for shit, do some reading man...it's all here for you
 You want Metal Halide, High Pressure Sodium, Compact Florescents, or Ceramic metal halide. Hell even shop lights will do more growing than Mercury Vapor. -OGH
