Planting Outside
I'm fairly new to growing, yet i've done plenty of research but i have a couple of basic questions.
My seeds have been germinating for about 2 days. About 6-7 of them have roots about a quarter inch long. I have bought a couple of small pots and some organic potting soil. Should i add Nitrogen, Potassium and Phosphorous(from a fert) before i plant? or should i add after the seed has sprouted. Also, When planting the seed, should it be inside (i dont have any lighting but i heard its good to do it in a dark and warm place?) or Should i plant the seed in and stick it outside and let it sprout that way. http://home.houston.rr.com/siteside/babys.jpg Thanks |
