Having trouble with sprouts

I have been growing these seeds I have gotten from a friends hermie plant, and they all have sprouted, so far I have planted 5 of theses into small containers, but I think I have killed them most of them.
I am just curious, what are the optimal conditions for a sprout with only the two starter leaves coming in? Thanks guys

The longer you wait to transplant the better. If you can put each seed in a 1/2 gallon each and let it grow till the leaves reach the edge. You want the roots strong enough to handle the transplant. Try to wait till the 2nd or 3rd ridged set grows then you know new shoots have grown on the roots. I waited about 2 weeks before I moved mine. Transplanting at night or early in the morn. seems to work for me. Oh try to keep as much dirt around the roots as possible.

Good Luck

if I could I'd send you a picture, but the sprout is only about an inch out of the dirt, and I have kept it under 24/7 light for the last few days
it still only has the circular shaped leaves. I'm worried because the sprouts are shriveling, and I don't know what to do

well here's the thing. I am growing these secretly in my room. I have them in a storage box within another storage box with a nightlight fed into the box for lighting. if I remember correctly, the wattage is about 0.7w pretty sad i know, but besides that, I spray them twice a day once in the morning, and when I get home. I don't know my temperatures either, but I can feel a signifigant change in humidity and temperature when I stick my hand in.

I feel like a noob

and also, they are about 1-2 weeks old..
