Also what lighting schedule do you think i should put them on?

ok run lights 24/7 or 18/6
what kind of light how many watts
there veryy streched move lights way closer
they should only be a few inchs tall

i have 2 CFLs at 75 watts, one CFL at 30 watts, a really bright regular light that was 100 watts with 1350 lumen's, and one regular light with 75 watts. And one shitty light bright blub. I also have a pretty strong fan blowing on them now.

those look pretty bad, not gonna lie. at this point u should consider starting over. get better soil or something

yea i know i grew those with regular soil and with not enough lights. Now i have good soil and enough lights and im trying to salvage those plants while i wait for my new seeds to germinate. I just planted another seed as well.

so stretchy you needed to put the light closer. I put my light like 1 or 2 inches away from the plant(s).

I have the lights closer now to, but i think these plants are a waste of time and should start over again

Ok no need to start over that shit sucks but simply bury the stem on them put them in another pot if you have to but fill the dirt up to the first set of leaves, then get a small fan on them have it blowing on them to thicken the stem. I am a huge believer in fans and have one in every corner mounted on the sides ect stalks will be come thick .. and keep ur cfl's about 2-3 inches away again with a fan blwoign on them. I like to keep mine on 24/7 for the first 3 weeks then I switch to 18/6 this allows me lights off time to foilar feed. oh one other thing get sum fox farm if you cna tget FF then get soem organic NO fertilizer soil and a bag of perlite mix 50/50. good luck
