how big should i let them grow

i just got 3 female clones...they are now 8 inches tall i have them under a 400w hps
my room is about 3 1/2 ft wide tall and high.
the question is how big should i let them get before i put them to flower ??
i am hoping to take about 3 cuttings off each plant after flowering..ie reveging
what do you people think...

Considering elongation and that small space,,,as critter said now is the time.Take cuttings first ,, or just as the elongation begins.Don't cut clones during budset...............good luck ..peace

start flower ASAP, as flower mode will produce approximately 2-3 feet of growth in the first 3-4 weeks.
good luck!!!

If you use a bubbler, you can see 3 to 4 cm a day of growth.
