first outdoor grow...some tips please
Well i've been reading around on tips for outdooring growing. This year is my first year trying to grow outdoors. I know the basics from reading up on it, but not much helps when it comes to actually caring for plants. Iv'e been confused on how some of my plants sprout, and some don;t at all. I germinated every seed i have planted, and it seems like only half have actually sprouted.
a couple questions:
- what are tips for keeping deer or other animals from eating my plants. (happenned to one)
- also, i need some advice to keep any plants from getting diseased or discolored(one of my plants leaves started turning an ugly brown/yellow)
- and finally, how much water is necessary at certain points of the grow. do you need to water more when the plants are young....older? Or does it not make a difference as long as it is moist?
All help would be greatly appreciated since im very devoted to actually producing quality plants, and ill be putting some pictures up soon.
thanks again
