Veg and Flower Help on light distance?
Taking a new sprout plant in veg from seed using a 125w 6400k Fluorescent bulb, how far away should the new sprout be from the light bulb?

Also for flowering using 125w 2700k Fluorescent bulb how far away should young plant be when starting flower stage?

Fluro bulbs should never be more than an inch or two away from the plant as their efficient penetration length isnt much more.

It depends on the temps at canopy level. Youre gonna want to try and get that light as close as a few inches. You will prolly be able to get them a little closer in flowering because the flowering bulb throws off less heat. Keep a fan blowing back and forth to strengthen them and help with heat dispersment. Keep temps in 70s if possible.

I would use both of them lights at the same time, through out your grow
