Question for the city - *Transplanting in there darkperiod when light is everywhere?*

Bascially i have my timers to have the light turn off during the day period to help heat issues for the summer, but i need to get work done down there - I could wait till the lights are ON, but then i run into more trouble as ill be making so much noise and the family will be sleeping..

So could i cover each plant with there own black garbage bag ?

You could probably throw garbage bags over them or 2. You could also look for a green light bulb...allowing you to see but not affect the plants...

If they are sill in veg i would not be over worried but would i still look to transplant them during there "normal" daylight hours. I dont think it would cause a problem if you did transplant them but make sure they they get a regular schedule of night dark afterwards.

Its once the plant is in flowering that you have to be very careful as all the horror stories about your plants going hermie on you might come true.

what times do your lights come on & go off?
as your transplanting im assuming your still vegging?
if its an 18/6 cycle surely you could fit it in when the lights are on?
