HELP! When should I change to 12/12

Hi all, can anybody suggest when I should be putting my plants into 12/12 cycle. I have included two of them for you to check out. They are 26 days old and have been on the 18/6 cycle and to me they look like two different strains, however the seeds came from a single bag of fantastic weed but I do not know what type/strain they are.

I am growing in a grow tent (100 x 100 x 180) with a 600W hps and would value your thoughts.

You could change to 12/12 now if you really wanted to, but personally I would wait another 3 weeks or so,great looking plant worth getting the most out of her if t is a she

you can start to flower right now if you really want, but keep this in mind: the longer you veg, the more you will yield.

Any time you want. But remember, as soon as you go to 12/12 your plant will double or triple in size. So if you have any size restrictions, do it soon. If not, veg it out untill you're happy.

Your plants are plenty big enough to start flowering but you may need to get some bigger pots.

Many thanks for all the advice, I will wait another couple of weeks before changing to 12/12. Re the pot size, I am just awaiting the arrival of some bigger pots and then I will transplant them.

I would recommend you top them and then induce flowering.

wait till you get new pots then as said top & trim the bottom spindly branches off(will make the other branches bigger &get a bushier plant) then wait for at least 1-2 week for plants to recover from the stress of transplanting & topping etc, + extra vegging time makes bigger yields, then away you go ,you have plenty height, width so no worries about size as their not too tall just now.

Many thanks for the advice. Because I do not have a lot of space, my thoughts were to try and grow them as tall as I could (approx 4 .5ft max). If I top and trim them will this diminish my grow space?

I was hoping to grow 8 plants by allowing them to grow tall rather than wide, am I wrong in thinking this?
