Well I believe the flowering part is pretty much common sense, but I could be wrong is it the point when your little baby actually starts sprouting? What exactly is vegetating? And I'm growing about 3 plants do you believe that one 23 w CFL will do for 3 or am I going to need more

Vegetating is when your lights are on 18/6 or 20/4 or 24/0 whatever your cycle is, this is where the plant is growing, flowering is when you switch your lights to 12/12 and the plant flowers, marijuana doesnt produce a conventional flower as its not insect pollinated. This info is widely available in the stickies m8

Also, yes, u will need more lighting, havent used cfl though so cant make a reccomendation sorry

you need more...if i was using 23w cfls, i would put 4 of them on each plant...im growing 3 and i have three 105w cfls@5500k and two 42w cfls@2700k
