New grower

Hey guys, this is our first time growing, we ordered some seeds from BCbud. However we wanted to do our first grow with just some bag seed, so that if we fuck up, it's not like we just wasted some really good seed. We've encountered a few problems so far, being too hot is one of the main things. Also as you can see the plants are kinda too close together. We ordered the bubbleponics system we have from Stealth Hydro. We are about two days into the budding phase. And hopefully we'll see all female. Once this grow is finished we are going to move the system to a bigger container (shouldn't be too hard) that way the plants are farther spread apart. The bulbs are 65W Dual Spectrum CFLs. It's a bubbleponics system, although we are having some problems with the air pump. So when we do the upgrade, we are going to get a bigger air pump, and add another bubble disk. Also when we do the upgrade we are going to get two more dual spectrum lights, just to be sure. And we are going to move it to a more open location that way it doesn't get as hot, and there isn't as much stagnant air. I was just wondering what some experience growers think about it.

Two thoughts.
To reduce the heat, put the fan in the back so its not blowing into a corner causing "dead air" so to speak.
Also, are you turning them around so one side isnt getting all the wind?
