What light is better for the veg stage?
What light is better for a new sprouted root for the first few weeks, a 125W, 2700K light or a 125W 6400k?

the 6400k for veg, other for flower

Hey can someone answer why 6400k would be lower becaue the numbers higher?

Im no expert on this but. The color temp has nothing to do with the intensity, it has to do with the color of the light. 6400 would be better because it has a blueish light, 2700 has a redish.
