i need help new grower

my closet is about 7 foot high and 4fby4f i read alot of stuff on the internet and really just need some tips on my little grow room and what adjustment i need to make to have good healthy plants i leave the light on 24hr a and i spray water on it all the time

het tyler, ok i`ll start by saying get your lights closer, then stop spraying the thing, also cut back on the watering of the plants, if your already using nutes stop! and just use plain water pH`ed to 6.4-6.8. whats the humidity like? it seems alittle dry too me but i could be wrong.

thanxs for the tips. the humidity is good, i use 1 75 watt cfl and the reason the plants r a little brown is because it got to hot in there but now the temp is usually 68-74 and i got the plant about 6in below the light and thx agian for the tips

Ok first off, no need to double post.
Secondly, "dude in the kno" why would you recommend he puts the light closer when he hadnt stated what type of light he was using or how far away it was? Unless theres some editing going on?
Thirdly, Correct, do not spray water on it, just water the soil when its dry.
If you want anymore help that than, youll have to provide us with a lot more information.

ok i got the iformation i need i think my room is in a closet it is 7 ft high and 4x4 in width and length imk growing in soil im useing mirical grow moisture control my light is 1 75wat daylight cfl. i leave the light on all the time i water it every 2 to 3 days. i use regular water
my plant is 2 weeks into vegging o and the humidity is between 35-50%

Why do you keep telling us the room size? lol
That soil isnt the best, usually comes with nutes, and moisture control often leads to overwatering.
Humidity is low.

Cheap vicks humidifier at your local drug store, or you can try a big bowl of water, dip a rag into the water, and have it hanging half way out of the bowl.
