If someone was trying to transfer a plant into a larger container and somehow the bottom part of the root got seperated or snapped off, i'm guessing it wont grow? Don't ask, strange sequence of events. Most of the root is still there though, sorry for a dumb question

I'd say try to get it to grow because as long as most of the root is there it will still have a way to get nutrients and water into the plant so it should stay alive...

yeah, just like a baby that fell, pick her back up on her feet, whipe her off, and tell her everything's gonna be okay. then make sure you take good care of her.

as long as she's still got some (better if it's most) of the roots, it will still grow, but only time will tell if it will grow well or not
