some quest. about lighting&plants

ok guys,im gonna build much bigger growbox,and i want to know -

if i gonna put ~ 15x22w cfl bulbs[about 330w] then how much seeds can i plant max? if im gonna grow and threw out the smallest etc - plants. for each plant needs at least 60-70w of light. but that's on flowering or vegg. time? if im gonna grow them for about 2 weeks in vegg. its possible to plant about 8 seeds? and then leave the best ones?

It's recommended 100w for the first plant then 60w for any other plants so about 4-5 plants but the more watts per plant the better...
