Strain suggestions

I'm looking for some suggestions on what strain I should be looking for considering my situation.
I'm in a country where I can not comfortably obtain any pot with out worrying about authorities. so I'm looking to grow my own. The city i'm in does not have a lot of room for gardens so there are no garden centres. So i have to rely on prenutritioned soil purchased from a florist. I'll be growing in 2 gallon pots at the biggest in a sun/balcony room. and to top it off, I'm a complete beginner. It doesn't matter if it's indica or sativa, though i'd prefer sativa.

there are many strains out there too suit many tastes. but tbh for a 1st time i would go with northern lights, it a great smoke at the end and very forgiving to the noob grower.
its not a big plant anywhere between 1.5ft-3ft, i strated with this strain and am still growing it today along with others,i cant get enough! oh and it dnt realy smell when it grow, but smells nice when cured.

man if i hade a whole sunroom to grow in, ide grow some haze! the problem with growing haze indoors is that it gets biiig, but it has a famouse sativa high. so i mean if the room is big enough (5feet plus) thats what i would do, im not sure about the ease of growing though.
