Question about transition from inside to outside...

Alright so my plant just sprouted and I have a question about lighting that I have searched for and have yet to get an answer...
Say I turn the lights for 20/4 for the 4-5 weeks I am gonna veg but I have it so that the darkness is in the morning from 6am-10am. Then I go to move them outside where they get 12/12 for flowering but the darkness time is at night so it is opposite of what they are used to...Will this have an effect on the plants? Will they be able to/need to re-adjust to the light/dark times?
