moving/exchanging germinated seeds safely

okay so i've had some seeds germinating under the old paper towel and plate method and i need to give em to my good friend at school who has volunteered to grow outdoors cuz he has 10 acres but you guys don't need to worry about that im just trying to find out how to safely transport them or what to put em in to keep the seeds completely safe so if you guys got any idea's that would be great thanks,

I germinate my seeds in a folded paper towel sealed in tuba wear. Don't see why you can't do that or throw them in a zip lock bag. just make sure it is damped and does not get squished.
