blood meal and seedlings
Im finally takin my shot at growin my own shit but i have a couple of questions..
Im plannin on startin the seeds inside in some party cups under a couple of CFLs for a week or two and then transplanting outside..i have a huge area thats pretty well secluded..im thinkin about just usin the soil thats already here..its pretty rich and full of worms..to be sure about the nutes, i got one of those soil testers from Ace and took a sample..the K and P were very high so thats good but the Nitrogen is lacking.. -Should i add a little blood meal to the soil in the cups before i add the seeds or should i just let it go and only add it to the soil outside? i know they're pretty susceptible to nute burn, especially startin out so im talkin like 1/4th of a teaspoon.. -am i too late to get them goin outside? i live in kansas.. |
