sorry if this question seems a bit stupid, but bare with me as i am still very new to growing,
when seeds are advertised(such as in the grass city shop) and they say they are 'feminised' does this mean they will defo be female plants?
also under the 'Flowing' heading, is this the time it takes to bud from putting on the 12/12 cycle or is it the time it takes before you switch from veg to flowing cycle? Ie 'Flowing 8-9 weeks'

Feminized seeds have a much better chance of being female, however its not %100.
By saying flowering in a certain time, they are approximating how long it will take to harvest once the plant is sexually mature, so they are predicting the flowering stage itself.
