npk ratio for new plants?

whats a good npk ratio on startin new plants?

plants dont need nutes until about wk 2-4 depending on growing conditions. but a good ratio would be a 1-1-1 ratio, like: 10-10-10, or 20-20-20, or even a 24-8-16 would do for vegging plants. they need a higher N ratio, than flowering plants which require little N, & a higher P ratio.

I have a 24-8-16 and a 18-18-22 what do you think would be best for me?

im around 4 weeks vegging and showing some signs of what i believe to be nitrogen deficiencies, yellowing leaves on the bottom.

thats perfect for vegging.
not all yellow spots are a sign of nitrogen deficiency.
